4. Refunds

Oktoprism is a digital product that provides access to source code and downloadable resources. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a genuine problem with your purchase, contact us and we will do our best to help. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Oktoprism does not guarantee revenue, customers, growth, or any other business result.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Oktoprism's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
